APSC Assistant Engineer Eligibility Criteria 2023
- A recognized Indian or foreign University must confer a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering for eligibility. OR Possession of a certificate confirming the successful completion of Part A and Part B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) is mandatory for eligibility, and this certificate must be issued by the Institution of Engineers (India).
- Degrees obtained through Distance mode of education will not be eligible.
- In addition to English proficiency, candidates are required to possess sufficient knowledge of at least one official language of the State of Assam, namely Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo, excluding candidates from the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.
