Educational Qualification :Â To be eligible, candidates must possess a Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament. Additionally, the qualification may be declared deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or equivalent as declared by the Government.
Note :Â Proficiency in speaking Assamese or other official languages endorsed by the State, or any of the associated official languages, or tribal languages spoken in the State, is a prerequisite for the candidate.
