DSSSB Recruitment 2024 Notification
Online applications are being sought by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board for the appointment to a range of Group B and C positions within various Departments/ Local/ Autonomous Bodies affiliated with the Government of NCT of Delhi. Aspiring candidates can retrieve the detailed recruitment notification in PDF format from the specified link. Prior to initiating the online application process, a thorough reading of the notification is recommended to avoid any possible misunderstandings.
The selection shall be made through One Tier examination scheme.
Should there be any questions in the examination marked as invalid, they will not contribute to the candidate’s assessment. The calculation of the candidate’s marks will be adjusted proportionally, taking into account only the valid questions out of the total maximum marks.
The scores obtained by candidates in the Computer Based Test/Exam will be normalized, if required. The normalization will be carried out using the formula specified in the notice issued by DSSSB (Notice No. 10 (271)/Sec.Cell/DSSSB/18/989) dated 11.07.2018 (See Annexure-II). Subsequently, these normalized scores will be employed to determine the final merit list and for the provisional nomination/selection process.
The preliminary Answer Keys for the Computer Based Test/Exam will be made available on the DSSSB website post-examination. Candidates are encouraged to review the preliminary Answer Keys and, if necessary, raise objections online within the specified timeframe determined by the Board. Only objections submitted through the online mode within the Board’s stipulated time limit will be taken into account and examined before the finalization of the Answer Keys.
To ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates, the Board has defined minimum qualifying marks for diverse categories (UR/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwBD/ Ex-SM) in its recruitment process.
General/ EWS : 40%
OBC (Delhi) : 35%
SC/ ST/ PH (PwD) : 30%
Ex-Servicemen will be given 5% relaxation in their respective categories subject to a minimum of 30%, if post is reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
How To Apply Online For DSSSB Recruitment 2024
Candidates should confirm their registration on the DSSSB portal (https://dsssbonline.nic.in) before proceeding with online applications. The user ID and password obtained during the registration process must be used for logging in while applying for examinations associated with DSSSB-notified posts.
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates through the website https://dsssbonline.nic.in, starting from 13/02/2024, and the process will continue until 13/03/2024 (up to 11:59 PM). The application link will be closed post the mentioned deadline.
Before completing the Online Application Form for the relevant post, candidates should thoroughly review the INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING ONLINE.
The only accepted mode for submitting applications is Online. Applications sent through other means, including post, hand-delivery, or mail, will not be considered and will be rejected without further correspondence.
Online application submission will start on 13/02/2024, and the last date for submission is 13/03/2024, up to 11:59 pm.
