The Indian Army has issued a notification inviting online applications from eligible unmarried Male Engineering Graduates for the 140th Technical Graduate Course (TGC-140), slated to commence in January 2025 at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. Interested candidates can apply for the Permanent Commission through the official website of the Indian Army, joinindianarmy.nic.in, from April 10, 2024, to May 9, 2024.
Candidates born between :Â 02 Jan 1998 and 01 Jan 2005Â both dates inclusive.

Eligibility Criteria For Indian Army TGC 140
Eligibility for application extends to candidates who have fulfilled the requirements of an Engineering Degree course or are currently in the final stages of such a program. Final-year students must furnish proof of having passed the Engineering Degree Examination and provide marksheets for all semesters/years by 01 Jan 2025. Moreover, they must present the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the commencement of training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA). Failure to do so will result in their induction on an Additional Bond Basis, entailing the recovery of training costs, stipends, and allowances.
Note :Â Candidates in their final year whose Final Year/Final Semester examinations are scheduled after 01 Jan 2025 are ineligible to apply for this course.
