MPHC Civil Judge Eligibility Criteria 2023
Educational Qualification :
- The individual lacks a Graduate Degree in law from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India. Nevertheless, it is mandated that the person has been engaged in continuous legal practice as an advocate for at least three years up to the final date specified for application submission.
- For candidates in the General Category or Other Backward Class, an extraordinary Law graduate with an impressive academic background in the five/three-year Law course is required to have passed all examinations in the first attempt without any supplementary examinations or ATKT. The eligibility criteria specify a minimum aggregate of 70 percent marks, whereas candidates from reserved categories (Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes) need to secure at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.
