PHC District Judge Eligibility Criteria 2023
Candidate must be an eligible Advocate.
Applicants who have not accrued 7 years of practice by the final application submission date indicated in the advertisement and fail to declare their participation in a minimum of 24 cases annually over the last 3 years will not be considered eligible for the appointment. Candidates successfully passing the Written Test must provide confirmation of their involvement in at least 24 cases per year during the three years leading up to the 2022-23 advertisement.
