The National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh (NHMUP) is inviting online applications for the recruitment of Community Health Officer (CHO) (Integrated Course) with 5582 vacancies through the Document Verification Process (DVP). UP NHM CHO Eligibility Criteria 2024
Educational Qualification: Successful completion of B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) curriculum or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) curriculum from an Institute or University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council is required for candidates applying for the post. This eligibility condition is applicable from the academic year 2020 onwards.
Note :Â To provide clarification, the academic year mentioned for the integration of middle-level health providers (MLHP) pertains to students who have completed the 4th year of B.Sc. Nursing and the 2nd year of Post B.Sc. Nursing in the year 2019-20 or thereafter, having successfully passed the course.

UP NHM CHO Salary 2024
The candidate who successfully meets the requirements will assume the role of a Community Health Officer on a contractual basis at the sub-center level Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs) and will be remunerated with a monthly honorarium of Rs. 20,500/- (Twenty Thousand Five Hundred). Additionally, they may be entitled to receive a Performance-Based Incentive (PBI) of up to Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) per month upon deployment in the allocated district as a CHO, as per the guidelines outlined by the Government of India.
